Managing Director

Alfons is a seasoned business and finance professional with over 25 years of experience, having lived and worked in Malta for the past decade. In 2013, he founded EuroTax Consulting, where he began supporting small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in establishing and structuring companies under Maltese law.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance and is fluent in both English and German. Since 2021, Alfons has represented the Federal Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Malta, acting as a key link between Germany and Malta. Together with his team, he helps entrepreneurs access the Maltese market and provides long-term guidance on effective tax planning and optimization solutions.

Drawing on his extensive expertise, Alfons supports clients as a trusted consultant in successfully setting up their companies in Malta and leveraging the country’s tax advantages for sustainable growth.

Michela Arena

Finance Manager and Tax Advisor

Michela is an ACCA-qualified accountant specialising in supporting entrepreneurs who are looking to invest, relocate, or establish businesses in Malta. She brings extensive experience in guiding individuals and companies through the financial and operational aspects of setting up and running a business.

As Finance Manager at Eurotax Consulting Ltd, Michela works closely with clients and internal teams on business formation, access to government incentives and grants, office setup, team structuring and relocation, as well as ongoing bookkeeping, payroll, and taxation services. Her role spans both strategic and day-to-day financial support for entrepreneurs at different stages of growth.

Michela is fluent in English and Italian and is also involved in cross-border collaboration through cooperation with international business associations, helping facilitate connections between Malta, Germany, and other markets.

Enrica Annese

Accounting Officer

Enrica Annese is a business and accounting professional at Eurotax Consulting Ltd, based in Malta. She is involved in supporting entrepreneurs and companies with the practical and regulatory aspects of operating across borders, with a particular focus on internationalisation.

Her work covers company setup and ongoing administration, business consultancy and strategic planning, as well as accounting and auditing support to ensure compliance and sound financial management. Enrica also assists clients with opening bank accounts and coordinates with specialist partners on matters related to asset and wealth structuring, including trusts.

Through her role, Enrica helps businesses navigate complex legal and financial environments, providing structured guidance to support sustainable and compliant international operations.

Linda Rueckert

Business Development

Linda has a strong foundation in the real estate industry, built through a 2.5-year apprenticeship at the largest property management company in Wiesbaden, Germany. During this time, she gained hands-on experience across multiple departments, including property management, accounts and collections, building development, human resources, and IT, complemented by formal vocational training.

In 2023, Linda completed an internship in Malta, gaining her first international exposure to the real estate market. She is currently based in Malta, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Economics, continuing to deepen her academic and practical understanding of the field.
