He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance and is fluent in both English and German. Since 2021, Alfons has represented the Federal Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Malta, acting as a key link between Germany and Malta. Together with his team, he helps entrepreneurs access the Maltese market and provides long-term guidance on effective tax planning and optimization solutions.
Drawing on his extensive expertise, Alfons supports clients as a trusted consultant in successfully setting up their companies in Malta and leveraging the country’s tax advantages for sustainable growth.

As Finance Manager at Eurotax Consulting Ltd, Michela works closely with clients and internal teams on business formation, access to government incentives and grants, office setup, team structuring and relocation, as well as ongoing bookkeeping, payroll, and taxation services. Her role spans both strategic and day-to-day financial support for entrepreneurs at different stages of growth.
Michela is fluent in English and Italian and is also involved in cross-border collaboration through cooperation with international business associations, helping facilitate connections between Malta, Germany, and other markets.

Her work covers company setup and ongoing administration, business consultancy and strategic planning, as well as accounting and auditing support to ensure compliance and sound financial management.
