To strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for a Senior Head of Sales (m/f/d) who will further develop our sales strategy and drive growth across international markets.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for national and international markets
- Lead, motivate, and further develop the sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and professional networks
- Identify new business opportunities and open up new markets
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Development to optimize sales processes
- Take full responsibility for revenue growth and the achievement of sales targets

Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to derive sustainable growth strategies
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally in consulting, finance, or professional services
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Experience in international sales and leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong client-centric mindset
- Strategic thinking, a high level of ownership, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
- Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
