Alfons O. Schwarte has over twenty-five years of experience as a self-employed business and finance professional. He moved to Malta in 2013 and founded Euro Tax Consulting Ltd in the same year. Since then, he has been advising medium-sized entrepreneurs on setting up companies under Maltese law. Alfons holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance and is fluent in German and English. Since 2021, Mr Schwarte is representing the German Federal Association of SMEs in Malta and serves as a bridge between Germany and Malta.
Michela Arena joined our team in 2016 and she is responsible for office and financial administration. She supports the Managing Director and clients by providing insight and financial advice. Michela has an advanced diploma in accounting and economics and has her degree in accounting and auditing through the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Michela speaks Italian, English and Spanish
Federica De Carlo joined the Euro Tax Consulting Ltd team in June 2021 and she is responsible for our clients’ accounting, report preparation and she assists the Finance Manager with the day-to-day tasks. Federica holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management and a PhD in Economics, Statistics and Sustainability.
Federica speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
